Ghanaian musician DarkoVibes is set to reconnect with his roots as he launches a new nationwide school outreach dubbed the “I Miss High School” Tour. The initiative, which targets senior high schools across the country, will officially begin on January 31 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Girls’ Senior High School.

The announcement came through a promotional image shared by the artist on social media, where he described himself as “your favorite entertainment prefect” returning to school. In the post, DarkoVibes expressed excitement about meeting students again and reliving the energy of school life through music, interaction, and mentorship.

The tour is being presented by Placebo Soul and is designed to blend entertainment with inspiration. Beyond performing his popular songs, DarkoVibes is expected to engage students in conversations about creativity, discipline, and finding purpose beyond the classroom. Organizers say the tour aims to motivate young people to believe in their talents while balancing academics with personal growth.

DarkoVibes, born Paul Nii Amu Andrew Darko, has built a reputation as one of Ghana’s most original contemporary artists. Known for his alternative Afrobeats sound and fashion-forward image, he represents a generation of creatives who challenge convention while staying rooted in local culture. His decision to take music directly to schools reflects a growing trend among artists who see education spaces as key platforms for positive influence.

Our Lady of Mount Carmel Girls’ SHS will be the first of several stops on the tour, with more schools expected to be announced in the coming weeks. According to booking details shared on the poster, the tour is open to partnerships with educational institutions seeking to host similar engagements.
